I dont get ppl..
Ppl want tiny bezels like Note 8, but keeping front speakers.
Ppl want tiny bezels like V30, but dont want front cam to be 5MP tiny sensor
Ppl want sided FPS but are not willing to pay more if Sony needs to pay Apple royalties.
Ppl want a device as slim as Z3+ ( 6.9mm) but 4000mAh
Ppl want the Compact to be smaller and slimmer than iphone 8 , but same 2800mAh as current XZ2c
Ppl want oled, but dont want burn in for 3 years at least

How much more premium can they go? 4K screen is not a thing anymore. People realized battery problem is the most essential thing to be considered. Sony should bring something new with Premium branding. No notch. Keep the side mounted fingerprint sensor. Please please please make the phone less rectangular with sharp edges. Its very uncomfortable.

Just reduce the top and bottom bezels...
Side fingerprint scanners....
And vertically stacked dual cameras.....
With this... It will be the most beautiful smartphone ever made...

XZ2 is not good looking, I accept that. But calling those who likes xperias as immature kid or those with 'jap psychological problem' is too far.
For the record, XZ Premium was the most beautiful phone of 2017 in my opinion.

If it will be priced same like Mi8 Explorer it should be hole in one othervise Sony should stop making mobile phones due to lack of customers.
In past era Sony were dominating the market in present i am barely seen their device in my shop.
