So instead of keeping the all functionalities of the A1 and adding NFC, they removed SD card and Headphone support? Are they really that stupid??? Oh my...

A1 was superb although minor bugs present...but the device is great. Hope so a2 will again take up a huge fan base

Someone who used MiA1 in past ,miui is better than stock Android on mi phones ,the updates to stock Android were slow and filled with bugs , battery time was poor even though it was based on power efficient SD 625, ,,
Regarding Mi A2 the only good thing about mi A2 is the processor SD 660 ,which is more powerful than sd 636 ,which is found on redmi note 5 ,in this price range it's better to spend few more bucks and get the better option which is Mi 8Se as it gets even more powerful SD 710 and miui 10 and almost most of the flagship specs ,that's a steal

Finally the Mi A2 will launch...i use Mi A1 and the phone is amazing for the price..Stock android with the Xiaomi design is awesome result..Make it happen for real Xiaomi :-)

They killed the thing that actually made me want the Mi A1 and was one of the main reasons why I actually bought it for my dad; a headphone jack with Dirac HD Sound!
All they had to do was;
-make the base storage into 64GB and forget the 32GB
-add a SD Card Slot
-make it as bezel less as the Redmi Note 5 series (which they did, which is good)
-make the battery a little larger even if it means giving up a bit of slim profile
-improve the dual camera setup (they did, but not enough to make a major differentiation against the Mi A1, considering that phone isn't by any means an excellent shooter to begin with)

Xiaomi official says no Mi A2 but whole internet filled with Mi A2.
No way xiaomi could stop releasing it.

Front and rear camera sensors are same as Redmi Note 5 pro Indian version. Only telephoto cam is different.
