nmw, 20 Sep 2011i don't think it is prime, i just think it's time for samsu... morei agree.. they need a new design.. but plastic doesn't always go as cheap.. i know.. i bought samsung galaxy sII.. sgs does feel cheap, but sgsII doesn't. only after you open the back cover and notice how thin the plastic is, then it will felt cheap.. but overall use, it looks like a cool and high end device.. my brother even loved it's back cover..

I guess the phone hiding behind is the Samsung one that is charging in this pic.

maxwell, 21 Sep 2011well, I dont see why people will get this handset... I mean... moreI would declare most people in this era where they want more functions in a phone than just mere calling capabilities. Using phone to multitask, handle office work while travelling, MP3 player, GPS, apps (office and games...), seek information from barcode or picture (goggle googles etc) and alot more are just basic offers from most smartphones these days.

maxwell, 21 Sep 2011well, I dont see why people will get this handset... I mean... moreWake up, those features you mentioned are very traditonal and naive. We're expecting too much for a phone now. To be specific, one of the features we're wanting is the NFC. I don't say I just want a NFC feature (it's just ridiculous, lol), there's a lot more to mention. :)

well, I dont see why people will get this handset... I mean most of the people just want a phone that they can use for calls, text and internet.. other capabilities are useless for some people

nmw, 20 Sep 2011i don't think it is prime, i just think it's time for samsu... moreIf outlook bothers you more than usability, theres always Vertu and the likes of it. They got diamonds (read, not plastic) on solid gold (yes, gold is a metal) case.

AnonD-2008, 20 Sep 2011WOW, Apple Lawsuits coming soon!
I'll make myself clear ... moreI hope you realized that most phones share some similarity in outlook.
Did you also realize that more and more phones were copying my previous phone, the P800i? They are all copying the touchscreen! They use touchscreen to communicate with the device. So is it right of me to declare Apple, Nokia, HTC, LG etc copycats?

nmw, 20 Sep 2011i don't think it is prime, i just think it's time for samsu... morethe prime (or Galaxy Nexus as it's called) is said to have a metal chassis at only 0.88mm thickness ;)
i'd guess it some type of metal like they used for their Omnia 7, or their Wave-phones... only slightly thinner ;)
