Hopefully Apple must pay it's entire company to others and we can finally get rid of this pathetic, disgusting company. Apple is pure capitalism, all horrible things what they do all over the world is even worse than what Nestle does in Africa.

And yes, when apple allready promotes som'ething, is very easy for others to make money out of apple marketing. Really easy and it spears some money on the way. That is the reason most chinese companies have. When notch came out, apple copied. Nobody cared is only in your head. Apple noticed people will slowly love beselless devices. And baselless devices were sold like hotcackes when cappel were doing iphone 6 with huge bassels. Ups, they now want usb type c. Is that also what others copy? Wireless charging?. Also what others copied? There are companies, like nokia who have wireless charging since ever. If now they do another device whireless charging, means they copied apple? Typical apple story.: Steal ideas that will go up and make them look yours, then market them as they are the best. While they are mostly avarage. In reallity, a lot of people are tired of apple and they only grow in china or whatever other more poor countries (funny, but true). Also typical apple fanboy. Have no idea about technology but bragging about it. Like the people under nord Korea regime. Open those eyes, you might see the world.

when people makes a feature - compares with ios/iphone
when good camera phone comes - first compares with iphone camera.
when x y z company makes notch - no one cares, but when apple makes everyone start copying..
if x, y, z get rid of that hole- no one cares - but when apple removes headphone jack everyone do that.
when ios made AR - android worked in AR.
do you have any idea why ?
apple may not do some thing for the first time - but when they do they do way better than other.
Tell me one thing if "telephony","apps","security" & "camera" is better in iphone than any other phone - why should we shout for other phone like Note 8(my current phone), s9, pixel etc etc.
Looks like whole internet is against apple - because they are compared from best tech in this industry. get rid of inconsistency - get iPhone and do your own work :-)

Samsung has a dept called "iCopy That" - mostly try to copy apple and off course fails to deliver. Now its a hard time for for them. Whom to copy. we samsung emps are best in this area. see most of our duplicate apps are copied from iOS like. we gave blur ios like. we dont adapt rounded icons because thats not ios like. we make beta(because apple does that) but no idea why we do that. No developer work on our beta. but we have to follow apple.

All i remember is them copying everything Nokia, sony blackberry and palm did way before them, in mobile world. In vomputer world, all i remember is them buying xerox innovation and doing nothing else but further develope, while ms got way ahead of them;).

Lol, you guys do realize that this lawsuit fine of $539m is based solely on the rounded corners of the iphone, its rim, and grid alighnment of icons, right? All of which are in no way invented by Crapple. Ancient BlackBerry smartphones had ALL of the above, and even more ancient dumb phones had them too.
The US patent system is simply a stupid joke...

Just admit it, Apple is a greedy company. Plus... in US, whenever you go to the court... they will end up bias towards their home grown company. Samsung will never win the lawsuit in US because it is so corrupted in the US court system.

On the other hand, a lot of companies was in inspired by Apple iMac naming and copied it to other products, to make it seem that they were up with the trends. So the cisco iphone would most likely not been called that, if it wasn't for apple.
This case is however ridiculous.
And apple have behaved badly many times when it comes to patents. They infringed on a lot, several ones related to how mobile phones actually work. And when those finally made it to court, Apple didn't have to pay the full amount, because that would have translated to several billions, considering how many units Apple had sold infringing on those patents.
If there was any justice in the American justice system, Samsung should also get the right to a discount, if found guilty.

If Huawei patented the tripple camera design and technology and Apple copies it, then Huawei can sue once they the technology was copied without Apple paying patent fees. It's also the same for anything else. As a company you have to legally take ownership of your technology before someone else can be held accountable for using it.

That just make them kind of and evil company who copies others but can stand others making similar designs to them as well.
They even sue Xiaomi for trying to patent "My pad", like, what. Apple is just making nonesense at this point.
