Huawei sells 6 million units of its P20 series phones worldwide

That, the Chinese company says, represents an increase of 81% when compared to their P10 series from last year.

Huawei have very strong marketing and that's something what every other company should learn from them.
Marketing is selling this huge numbers, not the quality.
They know how to poke the people and result is extremely good!
I respect that!
..but the phones.....no tnx!

    They have sold 6 million units of the P20 series? Well, I bet that 70% of it is the Lite variant.

      did you check the price of oneplus6, xiaomi mi 8, latest asus, .... i doubt that you cant find it in the UK. all of them are much cheaper than P20.
      all of these phones have SD845 which is much much better choice than Kirin970

            P20 Pro is indeed a very good Phone, which has ticked almost all the boxes what users needed... So it was expected that it will sell well... And it turned out to be true...

                          Sadly, a large number of people are the same. Drawn to shiny phones for no practical reasons. They like a notch and buying inferior quality Bluetooth headsets so they can complicate their life to keep another small battery charged. Or carry dongles with low quality DACs. Fine, but those don't make the phones any better, just people not too smart.

Here it's rather polarizing. I see people mostly using iphones and s7's in the flagship territory and then oppos and vivos in the budget end. I hardly see midrangers.

                                To capitalize, at the time of appearance P20 lite was cheaper than Samsung A8 (both mid-range devices). P20 Pro was cheaper than Samsung Note 8 (both flagship devices). And please don't tell me Samsung > Huawei because is not true. I had both type of phones, software wise and in day to day usage, Huawei > Samsung.
                                I don't even want to go to Google Pixel or Iphone X prices.
                                I am talking about EU country prices, I don't know the situation in USA/Canada.

                                      P20 Pro is really way too expensive. P20 lite is way too expensive for us spec (though nearly 1/3 of P20 Pro). I bought P10 which is sort of middle ground.

Here, in Bulgaria, i waited 3 weeks my operator to deliver me P20 Pro, which was present to my daughter. The same was with other operators. Especially with twilight color.
