Apple expects 45 million preorders of the 6.5” OLED iPhone

Good speed, good apps, good accessories and most important - simple to use. And people also like their "eco system". For example If my iPhone is broken I always know that I can bring it to apple service and I'll get another phone right away during they fixing my phone and it's gonna be fast.
personally I'm using Samsung and I like it, but for customer service no one is close to apple.

    Apple's flagship is EVERY YEAR more expensive than top tier Android flagships.
    Despite Apple's flagship being behind Android flagships in terms of camera, screen, built, battery, etc.
    One thing going for the iPhones earlier was winning every speedtests out there, but since a couple of years the difference is almost negligible, with Android flagships even defeating iPhones in some cases.
    Also, their so called "long term software support" has been busted as well.
    And the less we talk about accessories, the better for you. After 4 years of Sammy bringing fast charging, Apple brought it, but wait, they didn't even supply a fast charger! Hell, the charger was not even 5V/2A!! Last year in India, Xiaomi was bashed for not providing QC support in a 15k INR Mi A1, still they at least provide a 5V/2A charger (even with their 6k INR phone). With a 17k INR Mi Max 2, they supplied a proper QC certified charger. Now, in one word, Apple as a brand should be ASHAMED. Chinese brands cutting costs is understandable, still they are bashed, but such cost cutting in an INR 1 lakh phone, that's just shameful.

      A11 single core performance (the only one that matters) is untouchable. And it is almost a year old. Qualcomm cannot even compete with last two years' model.

      Androids are caught by this terrible company. Apple is free from them. Too bad that iOS is terrible.

      Apple= Best Devices
      Google(Pixels)= Best software
      Huawei= Best cameras.

        Their price game is to charge as much as they can, I am sure they would have sold as many Xs' even if they bumped up the price by 50-100 bucks.
        And tbh, it's not their fault, as any other business they want to make as much profit as they can, when they know people will lap up 45mn units of a phone that will obviously be priced way over last year's prices (probably 1200-1300 USD), there is no reason why they shouldn't charge as much.

          Sales will be very high just like every year.

          There's over 800 million iPhone users in the world and Apple only needs fraction of those to upgrade and that alone makes big sales.

          Apple also can play the price game because they are only company who offers iOS and it's ecosystem.

It's like a windows that was good when was XP and then few bad ones and then again one good one and so on. Same like before XP even.

                If you want to fully enjoy Apple products..you need to have all Apple products and even then you will encounter some moments you are saying..."why Apple..why"

                I've 2 iPads, 2 iPods, had 1 iPhone, I'm not an Android fan, but I'm not an Apple fan also.

                I hate companies trying to force me to use all their products to fully enjoy them..if they can't survive by them selfs..they lost me. Tablets, Apple is still king and really with no competition, for music the size and features of the iPod nano is amazing, but on smartphones, Apple lost me...

                I was kinda bored, after 1 billion clicks on same icons...IOS wont let you change them. "why Apple....why". The initial philosophy was great, keep it simple. 1 button, open and close. it works don't change.

                over the years it got more complicated for the user and the fluid thinking doing things is no more. So if i need to think at least I like my freedom back please....Android gives you that. iPhones have fantastic hardware, but so Android flagships have.
                Not all Android users buy Android devices because they are cheaper you know...just because they think the ecosystem is better.

                  Cannot help myself from wondering that the over pricing strategy is a selling point for the brand. Each new iphone keeps surprising me on the ever increasing price tag.
                  Some buy cause its status symbol and some feel premium prices somehow reflect premium quality. It will be interesting to see the new prices and sales figures.

And let's look at price - other brand flagships are almost same price category as iPhone.. I'm not talking about Chinese brands since they still don't have a good customer service in many countries. And even Chinese brands are catching Apple with price very fast.

                          They probably dump the mobiles to their global distributors (by pointing gun to their heads) with orders according to the market expectations in each quarter (now TC has set the pattern for all the four quarters and the framework is pretty much well laid with minor variations). Without realizing the sale, they can always renegotiate based on currency fluctuations, reversing their positions(like features and options) and with various trading techniques. There are enough Banking and Financial sector backing to bankroll these sort extravagance to favor their stock hero!

                          They know very well that there enough fools they can dump their e-waste everyyear, now for a $1000 - $1450, depends on where you are!

                              Only phone with reliable 3d scanner (and unlock)
                              A11 destroys everything

                                in 2020 all phones will have 10" (lite) to 20" (pro) and you can carry them on the back easily.

                                  Phones are handheld devices. I.e. ones that can be operated one handed wholly or moatly. Since we've balloned over 140x70mm no phone is a ... phone ... and that's ok, people never liked phones to begin with.

                                  Only tablets... they renamed mini tablets to phones... so what?
