[deleted post]1. Where is proof of nokia not doing the same thing with their navteq stuff?
2. What would Nokia N9 be, without a virtual machine for Android Apps? Not more than the already one year old Sammy Wave with Bada, a phone, with no real App support.

[deleted post]Do you know, Sammy wants to give features to people for a normal price. If it comes to fashion it might not be the most beatiful, but HTC looks just ugly, doesnt matter, that they have metal body.
I buy a phone for its features. Who cares about being unique... haviing unique stuff to show around because of looks is for people without self esteem and is a true psycological argument for being not happy with themselves or having too much money. Sammy tries to give good devices for less money than others, almost like nokia does. Your Hotel argument is actually pretty bad, too. Because it must be a really bad 5 star hotel, if non of the stuff the Hotel features is actually special to that hotel and your boring village house has a even better whirlpool for example. So in that case i take the village, because it is cheaper than the 5 star hotel and offers the same stuff, a pool, a whirlpool, beach view, noiseless surroundings, nice girls outside on the beach... so who cares?

[deleted post]Outdated? They offer the highest end of smartphonetech to date, so if what you said is right, then every phone you can get elsewhere must be from stoneage... Which Sammy phone had outdated hardware? I even wouldnt care, if Sammy stopped developing for SGS2, even though that wont happen that fast, but if it would, the Rom cooking scene for SGS and SGS2 is so big, that you wont miss a single thing... Yeah I know, now there will be some iFans making fun of people who use custom roms, but tell me, whats iPhone without jailbreak?

AnonD-17348, 25 Sep 2011"Return to its original form?" It's PLASTIC, not ... moreYeah, but if you compare elasticity of metal and plastic, you would know what he meant. Go to wikipedia and read articles about momentum and impulse and maybe tension. Metal deforms, has highest possible momentum and because of it inelasticity also highest impulse and because of that the tension inside of the phone, which also wanders thru the hardware is also much much higher... Its like driving a car and hit a tree with an airbag and without an airbag, which one would you choose?

[deleted post]I dont get your stupid problem... GSMARENA is a site, which informs everyone about news in the Smartphone world. Each phone like iPhone or HTC or Sony devices got their news on this site and there are just most news about SGS2, because it has huge success and so a lot of stories to tell. Tell me how many iPhone articles were on this site?

[deleted post]Just in case you didnt know, they only shipped 20 millions, there is a huge difference in having sold 20 millions or having shipped 20 millions around the world. And they shipped iPhone 3gs and iPhone4. Why dont you look at, how many phones sammy shipped?

Anonymous, 25 Sep 2011The point is a lot of the Nokia do not use plastic on the w... moreYeah... thats why Nokia N9 is full plastic body... Nokias Metal bodies have big color problems. I used a lot of Nokias, because i like nokia, but their metal devices really aint great, not the device itself, the body i mean. The color keeps getting of over time, if you are one of those who have a hand, that can sweat some times, not often, but sometimes really is enough so that the color get off.

mrdannybs09, 25 Sep 2011I know a lot more on technology than you do and I also know... moreHey, you dont really seem to know much about technology or you wouldnt say anything like that. If you ever had physics in school you would know what momentum means and what impulse means. And then you would know how much an object accelerates and what momentum it will give to the device if it falls and what would happen on impact.
Less weight = less momentum
plastic body = less impulse
less momentum = even lesser impulse
so you can say, that the impact on a metal body device is like 4x greater than a plastic one and if you have such a cool iPhone4, then you have glass on your back... hahaha, almost 3 out of 4 who had iPhone dropped like 2 times could get a new one.
So much to your tech knowledge, sorry bro, but thats how things are and now you can answer in one of your non argument having, childish ways.

mrdannybs09, 25 Sep 2011Samsung's cheapness does well again. I mean seriously is th... moreIts about the features and the weight... Do you really think a metal body is that much better, why dont you tell me why? I believe almost every fact you will tell me, is just something, an engineer can tell you, that what you said is wrong.

Samsung puts out great phones but horrible at releasing updates. So therefore I will never buy another samsung again. They tend to make new phones with updated os but never bother to release updates for earlier models. Samsung wants u to buy new phone instead of updating it to latest android os...great job samsung making profits and not care about customers...

AnonD-1825, 25 Sep 2011So is it shipped or actually sold for customers? engadget h... moreRetail isn't what Samsung does... They distribute to retailers. Of course, they would announce how many they shipped. In the case of 7 inch Tab with Gingerbread... everyone knows it didn't do very well.
This 10 mill for SGSII is sales though.

[deleted post]You seemed to have forgotten the days when all articles were about Nokia and then Apple...
I assume you weren't there to experience that back in the days.
