Actually we don't mind the back cover is plactic, the most important is light & thin, because most of all will use the case.
and other heavy model plus case then became too heavy & thick!!

Do you analyze plastics for living? How is Samsung's plastic any different than Nokia's, Sony Ericsson's, HTC's, LG's Motorola's? Any of those manufacturers produce their device chassis differently?

Reviewers would have preferred that Samsung used other materials for body to give it the premium feel. No reviewers complained of its build quality. You can spell better than that other guy, but you need to work on your reading comprehension.

Plastic is used to keep weight down on a phone. Plastic can be durable if it is high-grade plastic but this isn't. Reviewers even state that the quality of the plastic used on the S2 is not sufficient for a high end phone.

Cuz metal body ones are heavy so when you drop it ...it gets crushed while plastic is durable and light so less damage and hard to be broken unlike metal and easy to replace :) And this article just proved that I am right :) so get lost lol

No really a fan but I must say that they are really doing well with the galaxy line, I wish Sony Ericsson was geared to satisfy consumers with the specs that we require.

Ok. It is a great phone indeed, however, the idea of having a dual core in a phone is useless. Like, a single core 1 GHz mobile can do everything a dual core doese (slower, though).

And tablets are useless EXCEPT if you have a PC and need a portable device to take notes and do simple computing things like Microsoft office, web, etc..

If you agree, press the [+]. If I'm wrong in one of the points, please correct me/tell me your opinion :)
                                Peace.

Samsung's cheapness does well again. I mean seriously is the world that thick to realise you are paying over £400 for a plastic phone with a very thin flimsey back cover.
