HTC issues statement on U12+ shipment problems

While those who placed their orders directly through HTC say shipments have begun, those who went the Amazon route were recently being told shipments won't begin until August.

          Iphone is worse and worse every year.
          Long time ago had Iphone 6 and was one of my biggest mistakes.
          From then only android phones.

              Specs are actually great for a flagship and excellent camera.
              The only problem for HTC is customer service!
              That's why I'm still stuck between iPhone 7 or Huawei P10.

                    If I in HTC's place, I'd send a small gift with the dealyed orders, like a small powerbank, or a tissue box for when they cry after knowing they paid extra for a low-on-features flagship.

                      Well hyc really have a chance this year to release a good phone with good price and they blew it with their price with no music fack.

                          Its a failuer. Phone with price of flagship but is durrable as a bubble made from bubblegum :-)
                          Price of flagship but specs of a low mid phone.

                              Hopefully software updates will improve their battery life. But the looks is enough of a reason to go for it, at least in my opinion.

                                  Most people won't care. This phone will not even sell. Mediocre screen, $hit battery and way overpriced...

                                  There are many better and cheaper alternatives...

                                  I was actually going to buy this untel I saw how poor the battery life was and an average at best LCD screen.

                                    If there is a shipment 'problem' for HTC, that's actually a blessing, not a problem. Based on my lousy experience with their bugs-infested and continuecely bricking U11.
