[deleted post]Read what he said and read more clearly. He said Apple won't sue hauwei (the phone you see on this page and are reading about) as they, unlike Samsung, are a small player. He was referring to huawei as being the small player and Apple don't see them as a threat.

Why does a phone have a 1.4 ghz processor (which is top of the line for smart phones of today) and then go and have 500 mb of RAM.. That makes absolutely no sense. I automatically would not even consider the phone for that

This looks like one of the US versions of the SGII.
With the white back cover it looks a tad like the Ace too.
And really let's not pretend those Galaxy phones don't look iphone-esque..

Huawei suprasses Nokia with this phone
Better processor 1.4 while N9 1 ghz and same Camera and bigger internal storage with the new SD 64GB +4 = 68 GB, Better GPRS, better front camera, better battery life ... The most important will release early
