i coud not find that option in my oneplus and when downloading from play store it is mentioned that 'apps(excluding data)'.

So it's essentially Titanium backup?
Also it's not always a great idea to move app data, if a rogue app is causing problems, you'll inherit that issue when you move it.
Other than that it's a great idea.
