For that price, it should've had a substantially bigger battery, microSD card slot, and stereo speakers. Hence why I'm holding off for the 6T. If the 6T has all 3, they will get my business.

I feel it's the best UI for Android that balances the stock andoidness while also adding a tonne of features and customisation without being too taxing on ram or having too much bloatware. And this is the view of most Oxygen OS users. I dunno what was wrong with ur phone but don't bash Oxygen OS for it.

Have you checked Instagram or youtube? almost every tech youtuber and many 'big' Instagrammers have got this phone for free from OnePlus, that is huge publicity for OP, that is one reason why the brand is so well known.

As an ex OP6 owner I have to say that is very expensive considering the Oxygen OS on this phone is atrocious. I had tons of issues like overnight 25% battery drain, bad call quality, random freezes, and lags I returned the phone. The hardware is awesome, heck I even got used to the notch but software is bad, worse than Samsungs.

thejamesarnold, 27 Jun 2018Oneplus should not price their phones like they're someone ... moreI don't even like One Plus anymore(although I own a 3T) but what u say here is pure BS. This is India we r talking abt and in India One Plus runs plenty of ads everywhere. Everyone knows it and considers it a premium brand. Infact One Plus has the 2nd largest premium smartphone market share in India behind Samsung and ahead of Apple. Plus this is a 256GB storage phone with 8GB RAM. Even the base line Galaxy S9 64GB is priced at 58k in India and same goes for the other so called established brands. To put things into perspective, Apple is abt to launch an India assembled iPhone 6S with way less storage for abt the same price as this.

Oneplus should not price their phones like they're someone "big". They don't run advertisements, hell they don't have even R&D because if they do, their phones would be unique... and yet they price their phones like they're Samsung or Xiaomi.

                    LOL.
                    Very expensive.
