The 5 million mark was reached in just four months and lives up to the legacy of the Redmi Note 4, which also reached 5 million.

I just got a Redmi Note 5 (dual camera) and I am very proud of my purchase. The cost benefit is unbeatable, Snapdragon 636, a beautiful screen and dual camera is worth a lot for such a cheap device, not even counting 64gb storage which is also great nowadays (coming from a previous 16gb phone).
Great stuff, Xiaomi!
