Guys one of my friends is an engineer at Samsung. He told me that Note 9 will start shipping on November 15. The new stylus will feature a 20 mile range inbuilt laser that can reach temperature of 780 degrees celsius. You can use it to take out aircrafts or burn Donald Trump's hair.

I'm waiting for the S10 plus. Now I can save up for both the Tab S4 and the S10.

I don't mind if the lower bezel is taller for a home/fingerprint scanner. I think the next is under-screen scanner. That would be elegant. I'd like that.

I couldn't like the back finger print placement it was more perfectly designed in S9 seems Samsung just put it there because nowhere else to put it. Why they can not house that as button right or left side. Ugly back again

Kiyasuriin, 29 Jun 2018I have the note FE, it's actually 3,200 mAh. Not 3000. Sure... moreOh, I stand corrected. Note.5 had the 3000 mAh.

I'm not about with the back fingerprint placement of the Note8. I unlock with pin point accuracy every time. If placement is the only major thing Samsung is enticing Note8 users to upgrade, along with whatever SO camera features update, there's no big reason to pick it up.

Personally, 4000 mAh would be a good thing, and I wouldn't mind a thicker device of about 1mm to accommodate it. I'd rather it even thicker to accommodate 6000 mAh, because that's what I truly need. But battery again isn't the thing to command me to fork another $900.

It's probably great for someone coming from an older Note, and would be considered as the best and most versatile smartphone with the S Pen, minutes the silly gimmicks of animated emojis and photo stickers.

I'd skip it if no big jump.

Zenodroid, 29 Jun 2018It's still full of bloatware. So just switch from the Samsu... moreYou can clear quite a lot of bloatware from samsung fyi in SE8.0 onwards

Anonymous, 29 Jun 2018Lol there is no usage for s pen. I have tab s3 and options ... moreI am buying a note just because of the pen. It helps me to play Osu, and one of the best portable digital notebooks for scribbling comments. I am not a fan of big screens. But if I need a pen. I'm willing to sacrifice

AnonD-762416, 28 Jun 2018It is a bit odd that Samsung isn't on the front on the in-d... moreFor the Note I don't think they need to really go to an all screen device. Such a big screen, needs a different grip to light phones. Samsung are doing the right thing and devoting their resources on sorting out their previously rubbish software. S9+ reportedly does not lag which is a good start and massive improvement.

ALMBO6, 29 Jun 2018I'm also a big fan of Samsung, but sincerely Nowadays I don... moreIn fairness Samsung Experience and stock android are basically converging. They all do the same thing and are very high quality. Diminishing returns is near for Samsung. They can't just make changes for changes sakes. The bigger battery was basically all they ever needed on the note 8.

Zanr Zij, 29 Jun 2018If no improvement on Exynos battery/thermal, I will skip No... moreRight. Note.5 was simply terribly limited with no memory expansion and smaller battery. Note7 had a dangerous issue. That means you're using at least a Note 4. Wow.

Note8 has tremendous S Pen functions, with tilt and increased pressure sensitivity.I even found the zoom camera to be so useful in documenting my artwork without shadow casting because I'm a bit further away.

Note FE has only 3000 mAh, so you can't be finishing how small the battery of the Note8 nor the upcoming Note9.

If no improvement on Exynos battery/thermal, I will skip Note9 after skip Note8 ( tks to low battery and bad fingerprint position). Sam need to learn how to make better products. I used all Note series before!
