On A8 2018 (4gb of RAM) I could only played it on medium settings so that fps wouldn't dropped. On Iphone 7 and especially now on 7 plus I can play on high settings without any issue. A10 is great chipset for gaming. Also on Mate 10 Pro (6gb of RAM) I played on high settings without issues but after 2 or 3 matches the phone becomes hot potato.

        They need to add 8GB ram and support memory cards othervise it atill will be a worm bitten apple with laggy buggy IOS which cant run 5-10 programs simmultaneously.

          I s h e e p s logic:
          1 giga ram is enough for ios no need 3gb ram
          2 giga ram is enough for ios no need 4gb ram
          3 giga ram is enough for ios no need 6gb ram
          Now after iphone x fail in ram management:
          Ios now need more ram and 4gb ram is good

            I respect the difference between two OS, and I never ever want to destroy Apple to existence since they changed the game.

              Apple IOS is laggy buggy many topics here at GSM arena confirms that also many users.
              Apple sucks from beggining.
              Bad IOS which restrict you from almost everything.
              Super slow charging.
              Battery problems which after a year cant hold anything not even a capacity.
              Fixed disk space without posibility to add SD Card inside.
              No jack and screens from Samsung because their retina was crap.

                You need to get out of your cave, it is 2018 now, not 2008 LOL.
                Any speed test out there has shown iCr@p X is as weak as a $100 phone compared to top Android phones.

                    More ram is always better. I always wanna ask if games like Fortnite, Mobile Legends, and PUBG runs smoothly on old iphone with 1GB or 2GB ram? Like doesnt it crash? Is it enough for game that meant for flagship phone? iPhone 6/6plus/6s/6splus/7/8 especially. Im not talking about playing the game at lowest setting either. Just asking.

                      And for one simple but very important reason this is not possible.
                      Last year apple confirmed and also Samsung that they slowing older devices via updates.
                      And noone would like to have crawling like phone.
                      They dont respect us they dishonor us.
                      They will always find some way how to force customer to buy.
                      Thus i dislike these top expensive companies and prefer quality made by china like Motorola, Xiaomi, Lenovo, Huawei etc.
                      But no Samsung or Apple.
                      Even HTC, Sony and LG wouldnt be bad but they are out of bussiness barely selling and what they offer cost like 2-3 times it should.
                      Because theses 3 companies are no more remarkable or something like that.

                        Apple is stupid as they ever was company.
                        They can add 8GB ram but they will still carry laggy buggy IOS.
                        Their optimization means 1 and more older devices will go slow down.
                        When apple needs money they sure know how to force people to swap older iphones like Iphone 7 or 6s for a newer ones.
                        Cheating on customers all they can do. Worthless company :-)

                          GSM Arena did mistake for sure.
                          I can believe it have 1GB ram maybe 2 but anything more and apple thats just not possible.
                          Like Apple supporting jack or memory cards and SVOOC charger.

As a man who used 4,4s,5s,6s,7,7plus,X let me tell you something. Iphone have best software managment possible out there. I never had to shut down my apps from RAM from DAY ONE till LAST DAY. Thats something you cant do with an Android device. And let me tell you another thing. Iphones that used less RAM beat Android devices that used more RAM power.

We a... moreiPhone X sucks at ram management right now. iOS used to be well optimized but as Apple started to add new features, it messed up with the optimizations. It's been over 8 months and Apple still couldn't fix ram management issues on their 1000$ phone. At this point, it's safe to assume that they need more ram.

                                    I for one am still using my Oneplus 2, with custom ROM, but it feels really sluggish atm. Maybe a factory reset would/could help, but I don't want to loose my app data for some apps, before getting a new phone. So I am stuck with this.

                                    Either way, the CPU throttling is kinda bad on this chip set, so I haven't chosen the best phone for my long term hold.
