To comment on the phone, there not much to say. It is overall a great phone. If I were to nitpick it would be the fingerprint placement. I can see the back is super curvy contrary to its flat predecessor. I would suggest to Sony to move the led flash to the right side of the dual cam. Then they can bring both the camera and fingerprint sensor a bit higher. Maybe next time.

Now this XZ2 Premium is definitely a game changer in low light both in photography and video recording!

just bought xz2..probably join you guys next year when xz2p lil bit cheaper..
4K HDR is totally magical..before i went to buy my xz2, tested the xzp display and it looks so much sharper than 1080p(lol i used to believe people say 1080p and 4k looks almost the same, but nope)..definitely on whole new level of 'experia'nce

Nobody will buy it. Camera is always overhyped and never delivers. Save €750 and get a s9, iPhone 8+, Pixel 2 XL.

Holding a 236g phone for a long period really takes it's toll. I faked a call. (As in didn't dial) and simply held the phone near my ear, like I'm talking. At the last minute I felt some cramps on my wrist from holding that mammoth. Sound quality is amazing and since it was a retail model (that you could experience with) I couldn't test the sound that comes with the charger port inserted earbuds. The curve actually makes phone holding really comfy despite the weight, and The FP placement is indeed uncomfortable
However, I fell in love with it's cameras. Wow! These are really good cameras! I didn't end up buying it because I personally prefer compact phones

You talked like it's the end of everything. Those things you've mentioned are more practical than you think.
I see that your logic is that it's bad because it's different from the usual. In that case, I can't help but to tell you to shut up and go get the phone that's in line with the stereotypical phones.
This XZ2 Premium has its unique features that make it stand out from the crowd, and you've just listed a few of them.
P.S.: I hope that this judgement of yours is based on after using the phone for more than a week or so.

Tech sites complain about weight, okay...
But they at least should explain the fact a curved back panel has to be larger than flat one to cover same surface.
Also Sony uses graphite layer to deal with heat, instead of heat pipes used inside z4/z5. (This is why newer phones can record 4K as long there is storage or power)
Another thing to add weight.
Yes, device is heavy, but just let people know why..
