As far as am concern a 6.0 inch 16:9 aspect ratio which gives about 99-100 cm square fits into my jeans pockets very well even with about 75% screen to body ratio. So i strongly believe a 6.9 or 7 inch with an 18:9 aspect ratio which will give about 122-123 cm square with anything within 85% screen to body ratio will still fit. They are not as big as you want everybody to see or believe.
