Jason Melling, 11 Jul 2018More of the same from Same-song If it ain't broken.... Cliché aside, I'd prefer a flat screen, but this is a decent spec design, with a proper capacity battery. Kind of a rare combination these days. I'd prefer the Active 9, but this is arguably Samsung's top phone. Now if they just did a 5.8inch flat screen version, I'd be elated.

According to a recent report, the Galaxy Note 9 measures 161.9 x 76.3 x 8.8 mm, so it's almost unnoticeably shorter and wider than the Note 8, which measures 162.5 x 74.8 x 8.6 mm.

I really hope Samsung made some improvements to the cameras, the ones in the S9 didn't blow me away, particularly with moving subjects. Sadly, it appears that the selfie cam meds is little improved over the S8. I also hope that they shrink the overall footprint. Depth is ok, ie, I don't mind it being a mm or so deeper, if the battery is bigger.
