They crumbling and struggling from one problem to another and they are loke helpless loosers which dont know what to do.
I think its too late but its only my opinion.

Considering the price drops these phones usually go through, it has to priced in that range. Each corner having a speaker would help with surround sound and making the phone compatible with more dongles is also something they should do

As long as its sturdy, and not weak like the Nexus 6P, iPhone 6, iPhone X.
And it software promise is backed by something concrete like the AndroidOne program.

However, it can't have other big downsides like a very bad price, very bad rear-camera, very bad screen, very little memory/storage, or a very slow processor (< QSD 636).

            1) Lower price. I'm not saying make it 200 but make it reasonable, like 500-700 for a flagship. Smaller profits plus more sales equals hella lot profits.
            2) bring back front facing stereo speakers. The headphone jack is gone and the minute they started making phones without front facing stereo systems is the day when many moved on.
            3) better screen. Doesn't have to be OLED, but that would help sales. If they can go for good IPS, they'll be fine as well.
            4) Battery life. It needs work
            5) and lastly, updates. Let's face it, even Samsung gets updates faster than HTC. If updates are difficult, add stock Android and advertise it as a Pixel alternative. It'll be a good alternative, with a SD card slot and that audio experience. One speaker in each corner.

I'm trying to be realistic with this. What do you think?

POW mining on a phone will not be profitable, for sure.
