Thank you for this Superb technology to bring in India, Mumbai. I will be the first to buy it. Waiting for it desperately. Love at first sight.
It is the best mobile experience till date.
This mobile not only got rid of iphone x copy phones but did it better that everyone else in the market.
Every single mobile till date are now looking old aged in front of this gorgeous Super Amoled Full screen display. Really appreciate you efforts in pioneering such a futuristic technology. Along with the fastest silicon till date. Crazy Antutu score of 290000. Amazing!!!!!!
256GB storage will be seriously in my pocket like a portable hard drive.
And that crazy Finger print on the screen. Amazing..

Good interesting hardware, terrible software. I wouldn't mind spending that amount, but seriously the software is crap. That alone justifies not buying this phone, at any price.

Don't think its cheaper than Find X by a long margin. The journo assumes or suspects this price to be of the lower spec model (128 GB), and another one is also expected of 256 GB. So that would be again atleast 8/9 k more which get it close to Find X price of 59990 which is 256 GB. The only difference is that Vivo has an option for entry level customers and Oppo does not. Both the 256 GB variants are almost priced equally and close to each other.

Its got one of the highest screen to body ratios and let's face it none of the big guys have that. There are plenty of people in India with lots of money who wouldn't mind spending for such things. Sure this isn't going to sell much at all but it can improve the appeal of the vivo brand in India if they have some technologically superior phones like this. In screen fingerprint and pop up cameras are industry firsts.

They would be going for S9 for Rs.47000 or S9+ for Rs.53000 or S8 for Ts.37000. I dont think these prices are justified. Its just fancy phone for show off and when you want to spend for showing off there is no better brand than apple.
PS. I like iOS and iPhones but cannot ignore the fact that a lot of people buy iPhones for status reasons than practical reasons.

Unless its camera can match Samsung s9, Pixel or iPhone it's not worth the money.

Nex S and Oneplus are both speced at 1024/150 Mbps
Nex is 19.3:9 ratio vs 6's 19:9
Nex has no ingress protection rating vs 6's Gorilla Glass 5
Nex has Dual: 12 MP, f/1.8 vs 6's IMX376K, 20MP, f/1.7
Nex has better endurance +25h, bigger display but the fact that its got no protection is gonna make it difficult to put it on your shopping list;
6 has an utterly ugly notch other than that its a gem;
my cell phone is dying and am in need of a big upgrade but I'd rather wait for a month for Mi MIX 3 and Max's announcement(both at 18:9 or even better ratio which is very important to me), fingers crossed :D
