How to loot from customers, lol 3... moreSony ditch the 3.5mm jack because they bring the smooth Ambient Flow design for comfy in hand, recently we see a lot brand follow Sony adopt glass back for the phone but Sony show it wireless charging with portrait and landscape displays methods and upgrade the comfy holding phone experience with balance curved glass back which many phones cannot and they can only have flat back. Meanwhile the waterproof tights must be even better than previous flagships because less hole or port.

Sony just released the XZ2 Premium for the market and now they are releasing an XZ3... Why Sony? You will have 4 flagships in 1 year. Better release the XZ3 next year with the new flagship Snapdragon chipset.

Both manufacturers want PROFIT$$ from dongles to "FEED" their ELITE shareholders.

Well let's be honest most of their customers are their fans because majority of people avoid the Xperia brand.

Absolute fake news. Who is going to pre order a phone that's not even officially leaked and spec by its OEM. Haters every where trying to kill XZ2P sales. Since the Official leaks of XZ2P GSMA and unknown sites have been flying rumors of XZ3 even though Sony never did. Sony will only show something at IFA, which is very normal.

I guess the reason for removing the headphone jack on XZ2 is because in Sony Mobile's home country, most Japanese are iPhone users, which generally means the iPhones they have do not come with a headphone jack which isn't a surprise IMO. Sony Mobile is simply trying to target Japanese iPhone users who are already comfortable without the headphone jack.

And guess what? I do this most of the time INDOORS.

Seems that Sony HASN'T LEARNT from their MISTAKES from XZ2 that headphone jack is an ABSOLUTE MUST given how they used to favor Hi-Res Audio on their jack for their flagships until XZ1. What happened after XZ1? Sony Mobile decided to pull a DICK MOVE by OMITTING the headphone jack on XZ2 and claims it's removal due to Ambient Flow design language. What BS is this! There is ENOUGH space at the top/bottom to INCLUDE the 3.5mm jack. I had thought XZ2 Compact will at least KEEP the 3.5mm jack but alas, it is the SAME as the taller sibling for god's sake! However, my guess for the reason of removing the headphone jack on XZ2 is because in their home country, most Japanese have a recent iPhone without the 3.5mm jack, and Sony Mobile wants to attract existing Japanese iPhone users who are mostly comfortable without the 3.5mm jack. I hope Sony Mobile GOES DOWN in it's sales due to the REMOVAL of headphone jack on XZ2 & upcoming XZ3 flagship. Feel free to agree/disagree.
