Whattt SD636? I'd rather stick to my original Max and wait the Mi 8's price same to China for a while.

Maybe i buy the mi max 3 because uts so cheap, for having somthing to play with while im waiting for the honor note 10 or mi mix 3, but i guees mi mix 3 comes in the end of the year and i cannot wait so long time.
I really need a new mobile now, 2 years with the same phone is a long time for me.
2 month ago i buy the samsung note 8, aftwr 1 week i sold it, it was really to small for me, since they all begin with this 18:9 format, hate this format.
3 weeks ago i buy zenfone 5z for my wife, really a good mobile to, but again to small for me. Im wathing the
Ulefone t2 pro, nice phone to... Buy this first coming out :-)

If you are considering buying something new and money is not an issue, I'd wait for Honor Note 10.

Anonymous, 19 Jul 2018Except you can't hold a 16:9, 6 inch phone in one hand with... moreMarket already settled years ago on ~75mm max width (68mm width screen) for a standard sized smartphone. That is why most 16:9 smartphones aren't bigger than 5.5 inch and most 18:9 smartphones are 6 inches or below. They get longer (hence 18:9, 19:9, 19.5:9 aspect ratio) but they dont get more than 75mm in width so you don't have problems holding them in one hand.
And of course there are devices like Mi Max 3, but precisely because of their non-standard footprint it's extremly niche market. 2018 wil give us only 2 new smartphones of this kind and one of them haven't even premiered yet.
It's common belief that they are meant for people with large hands. Quite the opposite in my case. Even someone with big hands still won't be able to use device like Mi Max with only one hand. I have small hands for a male adult, so 5.5inch/16:9 smartphone is already to big for me to do most stuff with just one hand. If i have to use both of my hands anyway, why bother with size? Bigger is better :)
