Compare iPhone X dual camera vs Pixel 2 XL
Yes the potraits and Nighttime photos nare good on pixel
But The iPhone uses telephoto lens and at 4k it is almost 5 times more crispier than Pixel
Almost the pixel is no match to iPhone X on video and at 4k
So even if Pixel uses multiple cameras, it won't perform more than the current phone

I am not a Apple fan by any stretch of the imagination. I hate their flagship "iPhone X" for cutting the headphone jack, getting a fragile glass-back, using a weird aspect ratio, then removing some of the display to make a notch.
Yet the 120Hz screen on the iPad Pro is definitely smoothest. And it barely uses more battery drain, keeping the device with a very long battery life (thanks to Pro-Motion). The Razer Phone's display is definitely not as good quality in several metrics, but the worst part is that it has a very very bad battery life inspite of having a massive battery inside.
And the in-display fingerprint scanner in the the Vivo X21 is not good. Its only about as fast as the first-gen scanners (think Nexus 5X), its definitely not as accurate (requires 2-3 tries often), and the scanner is visible under the display. I think Qualcomm will solve these drawbacks with their solution in 2018-2019, so I'm not saying it will be Apple.
What I am saying is that there is a POTENTIAL for Apple to bring these innovations in Q3 2018. Yet, there is little to no outlook for other OEMs. Maybe Huawei, but not likely.
And to C2Tech, the chinese did NOT make the most innovations in the last 2-years. The chinese have merely CAUGHT UP to the Koreans, Japanese, and the Americans. They are still in fourth position. Still much better than other countries, though. The only reason China caught up was because innovation halted in 2015, and in 2016 they had all the tools they needed to keep pace (16nm TSMC, Cortex A72, Android 5.1 to name a few).

Why should Google stay with one camera, when they can produce even better results by having more than one.
If they know how to get most out of a single sensor, imagine what they could do with more than one!

He lost me on this one... I could not focus on reading after this statement... Do you mean by putting a lot of useless sensors or by the "beauty" of the UI? I would applaud the android manufacturers who added the option to somehow "hide" the ugliness. I would say that Apple it utilizes the worst its notch.

Chinese preference in term of software is always ios-like. No doubt there. Hard to argue with any of the UI. They also love the notch. Speaking of innovation, there nothing we havent seen yet. Im more into what 2019 brings us. 5G capable phone, foldable phone, more in display fingerprint sensor adaptation. Cheaper faster phone. Phasing out SD625 and please overuse the SD636/660/710. That my biggest hope for next year.

Say what? Are they clones or are they trying too hard to be unique?
I agree Chinese firmware is generally pretty terrible. No refinement and a lot of bugs. Maybe, that was what you were trying to say, except you just had to get Apple in there?

The vivo nex s and oppo find x are far from unimpressive. As the days pass, yordan becomes more and more pathetic.

However, if there is going to be an inn... moreAll of that has been created already, someone needs to improve on battery technology. More mah per mm, more charging cycles, lighter, less heat.
Every year the processors get more energy efficient only to bump the clock speed, giving the battery the same 2 day life span as the previous year.
Everyone hating on the Chinese but they did the most innovation in the past 2 years and the quality of there 'cheap" phones are just as good if not better than these 1000 dollar phones.

I concur entirely.
However, if there is going to be an innovation it might come from Apple this year. Wether that is in-display fingerprint scanner, even faster chipset, much better camera, or a 120Hz screen. So don't completely count them out of the picture just yet.
