Just picked up the mytouch Q and I am really disappointed. It is very slow to doenload aps from the market when it decides to download at all. Also battery does not seem to hold a charge at all.

i thought the processor had to be at least 1.5 ghz in order to take advantage of T-Mo's 42mbps speeds ... but i don't really know.

Its high time LG comes up with the gingerbread update for LG optimus 2x . Bought this phone in July and they said the update is coming within 15 days.!! Everytime they come up with a date which is never kept. How tough can it be ?? When rest of the companies are already upgrading their phones with fresher gingerbread updates. And in some weeks ice cream sandwich is expected. Then again we are gonna lag updates wise.!! .This will be my last mobile of LG.

It just better products with better support are exist, name HTC, Samsung and Sony Ericsson. Both LG and Motorola are well known for their latest tech rushing but lame support. Only consider them when you really tight on budget.

OMG.. another LG new smartphone with GINGERBREAD.. Why don't LG put aside some new phone launched before they provide the updates of gingerbread 2.3.4 or may be 2.3.5 for Optimus 2X, 3D and Black? People have gone for gingerbread even Samsung Galaxy Ace and soon Android 4.0 coming in... what is LG doing out there,? Please make the update faster if not Optimus family member will be wipe out becoz of late update

No thanks. Not even the powerful Samsung Galaxy S2 would make me want to use Android. 4 hr music playtime, plus a fragmented App Store where there's no guarantee that the apps will work just turns me off.

No wonder the iphone sells so well.
