    what about NFC capabilities?
    the lack of this feature in the actual max 3 is really intolerable. i hope that xiaomi with their pro version won't mistake again by ignoring this essential tool :(

      Not many understand one big advantage of using a Mi Max is that you don't need a power bank.

I believe Mi Music and Mi Video are more dominating in China than Spotify and Netflix, just a guess, though.

                        Surely the Pro version is more than just a faster processor?
                        Could it also have 8GB of ram?
                        Red and Silver colour ?
                        NFC and earbuds included?

                        If the Mi Max 3 comes in Silver, has a 710 processor and 8GB ram it will be a BEAST !

                          My guess is the Pro version will differ from standard version in CPU, memory configuration and camera. AMOLED display is too far fetched considering the price.

                            Folks, will a transparent rock solid case (if possible, a battery case) be available for this phone? This is important, but nobody seems to be doing it.

                                  i own the mi max and it was a great phone for its price, but recent changes to the MIUI means lots of unremoveable ads on the phone, on built in app like file manager, music, etc, which just kills the appeal for any future phone from xiaomi for me. I already paid for the phone, what's up with all the stupid ads???
