Google, Amazon & eBay/PayPal already have my 'real' personal information ... already too many. I'm not letting another corporation have it.

Telegram is my app of choice for private messaging.

      Only true way for online security is decentralization I.e. no particular users having your date and only the key you have in your position can recollect all the different shards around the web and remake the file you uploaded online.

      *Only* secure way. Any other way is a scam straight from 20th century. I don't even know why people think that telegram is secure. They have your keys, they can decrypt anything really.

His own govt made him sell shares of VK. He is the one of the most trustworthy people around and governments of so many countries hate him cause he won't release information of users.

          But you go ahead give your information to Facebook and Google, they are definitely trustworthy. /s

            And when there servers crash and lose all the data is good idea too.

Owner of Telegram is infamous for his government ties. Are you really sure these algorithms are not weaken to store and read all of your data, like in Telegram?

                      I wonder what is going to happen when everyone has all their info on the web or cloud and it gets hacked what will happen then I wonder.
