Lenovo smartphone with two selfie cams surfaces

31 July 2018
It seems like a budget smartphone with dual cameras on the front, one being 13MP.

Having a case also helps you keep your phone in better shape.

Anonymous, 31 Jul 2018As long as you dont drop your huawei cost you battery flexi... moreNah. I'm a careful person. I use cases on all my phones before and they're still clean as new even if they're not working anymore. :)

Yup, we know already how Chinese phones have a weak build quality until now.

Lenovo never learns. It's about time they listen to their users instead of treating them like sheep. Look at ZUK, the phones were quite good, ZUK marketed the Z2 as a phone that will have lots of customs like Flyme, MIUI, Cyanogenmod, you name it, I bought it for that reason and now they killed it. And why only China got Oreo official??? India not worth it Lenovo? I think they will kill Lenovo as a smartphone brand again soon because they clearly have no good strategy to survive in the market (But at least thank you for keeping your word about the Moto Z series having 3 mod-compatable generations, it's still the best modular implementation we've ever got even if the AMOLED displays alienated me from these series).

At least it won't be a disappointment the Z5 was.

Serious phones for power users need to come with at least a 3500+mAh battery coupled with a good camera, SD845 chips plus all the other top specs for 2018 phones. I should add 16:9 to 17:9AR full view screens with minimal bezels but looks like that's a loosing course these days, when every OEM seem to to be forcing upon us all the narrow elongated 18+:9AR

Joe, 31 Jul 2018Yeah, I can agree with that (Also using a Huawei phone now,... moreI agree that "audiophile phone" you say. It's one of the best DAC midrange phones I've ever used...

Until that update totally ruined everything. So I'll stick to Huawei's cheaper offerings with decent specs and more generous storage.

While Lenovo has a much better build quality than Xiaomi (With occasional minor faults like a screw bolted too tight/loose) Xiaomi makes up for it by being more developer-friendly so even if the software is buggy, you can always swap out MIUI for a custom rom, but Lenovo quickly dumps even the good models they themselves classify as "flagship" phones (like the Vibe X3) and the X3, while having amazing audiophile-grade sound for a smartphone, you won't be able to use it on a custom rom due to lack of sources...

Joe, 31 Jul 2018Technically, they didn't (All the VP's ads were talking abo... moreYeah I know that already, but come on. Full screen phone but only ended up with a notch in reality?
I have no problem on that attractive pricing, but I'll never buy Lienovo phones for one reason: "Poor software support"

I had my first big screen smartphone before (when my Galaxy S3 died), the "K910L", and I ended up giving it to my dad because the software is not just only my taste, but updating their own system update software completely destroyed the overall performance of the device.
I hard reset it for good (good thing my files were saved on microSD card) and gifted it to my dad because he likes China phones. XD

                      Anyways,
I'll stick to Huawei for now until I can get a proper flagship.

Geric.770, 31 Jul 2018Don't "LIE" again this time.Technically, they didn't (All the VP's ads were talking about the different products they were gonna launch). Most of the Mass media just got things wrong (I'd put the blame on Google Translate and journalists not getting their facts straight) and overhyped the phone by themselves. In any case, Lenovo got a lot of advertising and publicity without even paying for it and that's one of the reasons why the Z5 ended up being a cheap alternative to the ZenFone 5, so hate them all you want, but with their market share now, any expensive marketing campaigns for their phones would be unprofitable and the end user would have to pay for them (Hello Moto).

                          Don't "LIE" again this time.
