Anonymous, 03 Aug 2018LOL Allow us to unlock bootloader first then we talkThat's the one plus of the international note and nexus line. I was hoping xiaomi could come out with a large screen phone but I've had to go back to my Nexus 6.

If Huawei wants to become a world player then they need to start ditching CDMA and support a broad range of LTE bands. Even Verizon is going to drop CDMA and move to all lte. Huawei keeps releasing "world phones" that only support China and India.

LOL Allow us to unlock bootloader first then we talk

Anonymous, 03 Aug 2018Acoustic Surface is not about thickness, is flexibility. ... moreActually it is and it also has the flexibility, capable of being bendable and foldable. You can check it.
Right now the microLED wont appear in the smartphones, it will take up to 4 - 5 years. It's been reported how the microLED will be stretched in the industry by charts. So All the companies are preparing and working on it.
I also prefer the MicroLED over the OLED. Also there will be miniLED as a backlight panel for the LCD, and only that could kill the OLED once and for all.
So we will see a lot of things happening. :) I'm really excited YaaaY!!! :)

Actually the foldable phones are good as a concept because it will change the game because another form factor appears and everything will be foldable if it was smartphone, tablet or Laptop. It will change everything.
So as a concept I like it but the only company it I would trust on the folable phones are Samsung not Huawei or Lenovo. Also LG is doing it so I can trust LG too

So far the microLED panels cant be done in small size.

I prefer microLED/crystalLED over oled. But I doubt cellphonrs will ever get.

Also next year many will sadly push fordable phones, dumbest idea ever.

MircoLED will on the smartphones in the future.
Apple did samples for them and the whole industry are looking up to it to change everything
including smartphones, even LG trade marked names for future MicroLED panels they will present.
Sony was the first adopter, then Samsung, then LG in the TV segment.
Apple will be on phones since it is the only leverage they have in the industry because their time is up

Soon all companies will try to offer 100% screen on front. It requires the OLED. So you can use it to create sound ( Acoustic Surface from Sony).
Also to hide front cam too, transparent oled.

In China people will buy anything they push, mainly if it looks like an iphone. How many devices from Meizu, Vivo, Xiaomi ou Huawei have design of iphone 6, iphone 7+ or iphone X?

Vivo has many devices without usb C/nfc , also phones with 6" HD+. This is less than 220ppi.

Xiaomi is still using S625 from early 2016. Redmi also do not have usb c nor NFC.

Huawei pushed devices with old cpu, kirin 659 and 970. What's thr point of Honor 10?
It is far from being on pair with Mate 10. Same cpu, but rest is better quality on Mate. Mate 10 can be found for less than $550.

Even the P20 series. Bad screen, video quality is awful ( not even 30Mbps of 4K), no 4K EIS, no HDR screen and no bluetooth 5.0

In my country, huawei has the worst warranty by far, the sales persons are stupid and rude, and they still want to make you buy a honor 6x when the 7x next to it is offered for the same price.

When I asked her why the price hasn't gone down for the 6X she replied "we still have a few units, you expect us to lose money on them by lowering the price?"...

Still, to be fair, their repair service is fast and cheap.

They expect to reach 200mi. Not even sure.
Samsung is about 315mi per year.

Samsung will be #1 as long as they sell J series. Very popular in South America.

I bet they will reach their target. They're making damn good phones as of late. The US has been missing out on some of the best smartphones money can buy. :D
