I have the Sony XA2 Ultra, but I just got it about a week ago. I do not notice any bluetooth issues, and I have it connected it to my S3 Frontier watch every day.

Already got July security patch on my 2.5 years old redmi note 3

I had a Xperia XA2 & I have no problem with the Bluetooth connectivity. So good for me. Ive updated the july patch. The thing is, not a single seen issue has been fix such as the camera soft skin effect applied on certain lighting condition & the not satisfying audio sound quality when wear a headset (expensive one).

I'm not particularly pro-sony although I've owned several of their devices. But I'm glad they respected their midrange users and kept the jack as most of them won't buy the more expensive (and arguably has less sound quality) wireless options.

                  Great phone, anti 2018 design.

BT connectivity issue was prior July update and fixed with July patch. Still when you have your phone unlocked and get let say WhatsApp notification the speaker "farts" like it's broken, with the phone locked there's no such a thing. There was a problem with NFC payments as well but it's a thing of the past now.
