Xiaomi, Honor, Asus and others have to stop this stupid naming when they release a lot of similar-naming phones differs just by one letter after. Huawei P, Mate, Nova and Y series looks much better in naming, for example.

The phone he is holding could be Mi8 Explorer and Xiaomi CEO using unreleased product is no surprise he used Mi band 3 and even Mix 2s or Mi8 IIRC and I think its a.great idea of CEO using unreleased products he'll have first hand experience of how the product will feel and appeal to customers he can be sure that product thats about to launch is reliable, attractive.and satisfying even before launch
