Few problems... it looks cheap.
Make it a black metal back. Like iPhone 7, HTC 10 etc.
Get rid of the notch. Or make the bottom bezel small af.

Note 5 AL (Global version) is on the market like 5 months, and have preinstalled 8.1 Oreo out of box.. And thats just one example of Ciaomi phone with "latest Android version", at least, it was until 9 Pie..

SD 845
4/6GB RAM
64/128GB Internal Storage
Max 5.2" screen or whatever you can fit in a body smaller than 140mm.
No notch.
Stock Android.
Priced around 400 EUR
I would buy it in an instant.

The Mi 8 SE doesn't have an IR sensor to do 3D face recognition, Only the Mi 8 and the Mi 8 Explorer edition has it.

Ugly back design, Oneplus 6 can easily beat this phone in US market and who cares when you can buy carrier iphone 8 for 200$?
