I can’t wait to see it, hoping for a small slider format (3.5’-max4’ screen) with phisical keyboard. Probably it will be qwerty, but on a very small device I would like to see the good old alphanumeric keyboard, possibly with a reworked T9 or swift o some touch gestures to speed up the writing. I have a couple of ideas...

Luxor, 08 Aug 2018Wait all the people here will say Palm is chinese brand. Not more, than today "Nokia", or Blackberry and Alcatel. I think that those 3 is under TCL (Palm, BB, Alcatel - smartphones).

I'm suggesting TCL to fabricate devices under Palcaletberry brand! However, seriously speaking, a device "Nokia E7 reloaded" (side slider) with a 5.5" display will be an interesting device with a physical keyboard.

I wish it were something else, which is not based on Android at all. I can't trust anything in this OS.

I'm looking forward to it! I hope it will be unique and innovative, and not just a standard mid-range phone with the Palm logo slapped on it.

Anything with a slider keyboard is welcome on the market! IMHO

The only 'available' offers now are the 2015 BlackBerry Priv, with the keyboard the wrong way, and before that in 2011 a Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro, with the keyboard the right way...

Looking forward to it. Palm did bring us rounded corners, so it's about time to step up the smartphone business even through TCL. A phone alike the palm pre would be awesome. Im still wanting to switch to a keyboard - but not for flagship pricing while running mid range hardware.

RIP Palm OS, here comes another Android Phone.. (ಥ_ಥ)

I hope it will look like Pre, but I doubt. Most likely it will have 8 inch screen, since the people won't buy good looking comfortable to use device. How I wish the prices of the displays to grow and to get too expensive putting more than 4 inch screen.

I hope they revive the old pre 3 design with the keyboard. Maybe with a 4.x sized display with minimal, but still there bezel and a nice camera. I would be ok with this being a reasonably priced mid-range device otherwise.

Great news and comeback of fantastic brand but not sure about performance wise. Web OS was a great deal to Palm devices, Android may suit but not the best alike.
Expecting superb quality and performance from the beasty brand.

I had the Pre 2 and still love the WebOs. Android just can't bring the same using experience. Hopefully it's at least really small size as the Pres.

Ain't nothing good when Palm is now in control by a Chinese company.

I'll certainly be keeping an eye out on this one.
