Yahoo also has excellent News, Finance and Weather websites as well as Yahoo Answers, although lately I have been spending more time on Quora.

Biggest social network but without a proper way to communicate with each other inside the platform.
Youtube had this before google removed this! They are sneaking in a new similar function under beta...but come on.
Your whole conversation should not be inside the comment section or on email..

Kiyasuriin, 09 Aug 2018Vocal ads? Like spotify?They'd need to create an entirely different category of ads for it. Since the 2 distinct categories of ads will be non-overlapping in terms of optimal placement, they'd end up showing less ads, even if the overall ad pool grows considerably.

While YouTube is rising yes, it still has issues like Facebook was facing today: Political war.
Take Philippines for example. Look at all Duterte videos promoting on his projects, but what I always see on comments section is more on hate rather than just respect it. Sure, he's not the type of president everyone wants, but we must respect each other in order for us to have a healthy community on social media.... Sigh.

But, don't tell me I didn't warn you. It's not the same ball park. Not even the same sport. You won't get ten lines between the openly racist comments or even outright death threats.

Luxor, 09 Aug 2018Facebook is losing. Kudos Youtube. Not sure if it's something worth cheering. Google has the same business strategy as Facebook. Build a social profile off everything you do with all of your devices and sell that as targeted exposure to anyone willing to pay for it. YouTube comments are as toxic and divisive as any public Facebook page and Google does the bare minimum to weed out fake VPN users even though Google most likely has the most accurate account of who's actually using any IP address anywhere in the world.
