Space is the limiting factor.
I (and I'm sure most people) would be happy to increase the depth of the phone to 1cm to enable better optics/ components, bigger battery etc.

What's wrong with ONE (1) good came... more*Everything* cameras can't get better in that tiny housing, we have reached the limits of optics. To achieve a greater quality you would now have to include multiple cameras doing different things which eventually end up to one picture.
Fanboys don't get things like physics and optics but it is pretty much what we do in anything that we 've reached its limits (multiple CPUs, multiple telescopes, etc).
I expect one days to have the whole back of the phone filled with cameras.

When you can't build a giant camera, you build many and have them act as one through software. It's pretty much what telescopes do/did for decades. It's this version of things but on phones

It looks ridiculous!
What's wrong with ONE (1) good camera?
What else will be gone? Exchanged for that camera... the notification-LED... Bluetooth... a speaker... micro-SD-card support... or something else that they first shoved down our throats and then later removed (e.g. IR-blaster).
I would be happy if sumsung would finally ditch that stupid "heart-rate sensor" or that equally ridiculous bixby button (or perhaps make that button user-programmable).

I got a full 3H long recording on a wedding i went last week and from 50GB i got to 20GB

1) 4k seriously hits the storage of anythi... moreWell, on the first one, we are now using the newer H.265 compression format, which takes up almost half as much storage as H.264 compression format does.
And like I've said, 4K is only necessary on situations where it's really needed. Maybe upload the 4K videos on YouTube then delete them?? Obviously anyone that would go into 4K video recording would know to invest for a microSD Card of at least 128GB.
On the second part, it actually depends on the implementation of the OEM. Xiaomi's Redmi S2/Y2 does 4K videos with EIS that works as good as in 1080p mode.
And that is to say, it's not even a mid range device, forget being a flagship.

1) 4k seriously hits the storage of anything. If you have a 64gb phone expect it to fill within an hour of 4k videos.
2) The stabilization doesn't work as great as it does while recording at 1080p, so 1080p 60fps is actually better to look at than a 4k 30fps video. Im aware that phones can record at 4k 60fps now (amazing btw, the power it requires is.. too much) but read the 1st disadvantage as well as this one.
You don't really need 4k if you think about it on a phone. The stabilization needs work on all phones at 4k, and they tend to eat up your storage really quick.

i bought v30 and v20 for their wide angle lens but ive always used samsung phones. Lg v30 is beautiful but i miss the samsung interface. If this can happen im definitely coming back to samsung. for now i will stick with my v30. It takes stunning photos. my friends always envy and they bought v30 as well. cant wait to have it with samsung
