Smartphones with OLED panels are up to $100 more expensive than their competitors with LCD panels, while Twitter Lite (and other lite versions of apps like Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, YouTube, Spotify) is primarily aimed at owners of phones with a $100 price tag for the whole device.

iceman, 14 Aug 2018Cheapest, yes. Fastest, no way. 4G connection speeds in Ind... morePartly true partly not... we get full 4g speed in the morning till around 11am ... then 3g speeds... and after 7pm still less after 8pm it comes down to half of 3g or even 2g ... sometimes the internet doesnt work atall... this is with all carriers... but somedays we do get 4g speed all through the day

We have one of the cheapest data plans here in India where the average data plan gives 1-2gb/day 4G data. Is there really a need for the Lite version ?
