Xhxhyy, 21 Aug 2018You can get Mi A2 with more powerful chipset in this price ... moreThe Mi A2 is flawed for two reasons:
It doesn't have a headphone jack
It doesn't have a Micro SD slot
It's chipset is a little bit faster than the one powering Nokia 6.1 Plus, but being fair most budget conscious people will appreciate those two features missing on the Mi A2 rather an ever so slightly speed bump.
Also keep in mind the 5.1 is going to be a beast with that P60 powering just an HD+ screen.
Looking forward to the International pricing on the 6.1 Plus and 5.1 Plus.

I love Nokia, but they are releasing too many mid-range phones... Why do companies do this? I'm starting to get frustrated because most of their phones won't release in North America. Plus, they got no 2018 flagship. :(

I recommended my friend a Nokia 7 plus 2-3 months back & he bought it. He is an civil engineer & he gets lots of calls, the Nokia 7 plus doesn't notify other incoming calls when he is on a call nor does it intimate missed calls if sme1 had called when he was already on another call. I & him both tried finding a solution to this problem thru Youtube videos & google search & it looks like it cannot be fixed. Now my friend is little annoyed with me for suggesting this stupid phone. Do any1 here know solution to this problem? Are there any Nokia 7 plus owners here, do you have the same issue w/ ur phone? All in all, i'm never suggesting any1 Nokia/Hmd phones ever.

How the hell are you supposed to compete with the other 2018 flagships with a 2017 flagship phone with 2017 flagship specs??
Unless that 2017 flagship has everything it takes to still compete with 2018 flagships, it simply won't win any heart. The only reason to get it is the lower price, but then we have some flagship killers like OnePlus, Asus, Xiaomi, and Huawei that offer flagship phones at half the price.

Who knows? The probability of "irresponsibility" is low.

This should make the new MediaTek SoC more power-efficient and provide a very low energy consumption.

You can get Mi A2 with more powerful chipset in this price range. HMD never get it right in pricing and release date strategy. Kudos to GOOGLE.

Very good pricing by Nokia , Both Nokia in my opinion are the best looking notched budget phones , only thing that I don't like is mis-aligned charging port , speaker and mic at bottom of 6.1 Plus. Other than that really excited about my next phone Nokia 6.1 Plus :-D :-D

umeshk, 21 Aug 2018Finally we got a redmi note 5 pro killer! Redmi Note 5 Pro released in February and hmd takes 6 months to release competitor for 6 month old phone... Still people opt for Mi A2 because of better processor and Better camera. Only Notch lover will buy this
