Most of Russian land covers Asian area. There Europeans in some reason cause 1/4 of there land is in Europe and there capital city Moscow is in European boarders line or something.
Russia and Chine are neighbor countries so no wonder there tech is moving trough them first. Both countries like to copy others and both have lots of pirates in there.
