Minor update for OnePlus 5 and 5T brings August security patch

This updated gets PARTIAL project treble support.
It was available for a long while in the Beta, so its now rolled out to regular users/stable version. So it probably won't support OS push-updates, but it could if OnePlus wanted to.

The difference being that if it was FULL treble support, then all the custom roms would immediately jump unto this as the base. And you could literally hot-swap ROMs on the fly without changing the Base Kernel and Base Rom... just the "overlayed" parts of the OS.
However, I would expect devs to use their personal base roms, and keep support for as long as they aren't bored with it...which is potentially a good couple years and probably longer than official support from OnePlus.

TL;DR - treble support isn't full and it is not going to affect the device in any positive way.
