Fitbri, 23 Aug 2018Love HTC. This U design looks good thus far. No notch, good... moreKEEP your HTC A9, please. It has a headphone jack unlike U12 Life. OR you can consider Zenfone Max Pro M1, Nokia 6(2018), Nokia 7 Plus. Not forgetting the recently released Xiaomi Pocophone F1 @ $300.

If only it is $200 plus tax and delivery and no string attached. Yes, it will sell well. If it above $400 HTC can go die now. Public already felt betrayed. Even a SD845 phone can go as low as $300 these day.

HTC will OVERPRICE U12 Life as usual for mid range specs which does not justify the removal of 3.5mm jack.

No headphone jack, no buy. People used to buy HTC phones is because of the headphone jack sound quality (BoomSound).

If it had an upcoming chipset, such as a snapdragon 730 or an 855, that might garner much interest from enthusiasts, and over time help make it a success. considering its using a 63# series, doubtful it will be a hit. that said, HTC makes great phones, they just need better timing with purchasing soc's, and releasing ahead of others.

                  Stop shaming!
The HTC has something to show, and neither Samsung, Huawei or Xiaomi will replace them.

Battery fail again should be at least 4000mah minimum

Pricing is going to make or break this device. If priced anything above $320 or Rs.20-22k, then HTC it's ur final nail in the coffin. Nokia 6.1plus was launched for arnd $230 yesterday in India so HTC can't go wrong again with the pricing here.

AnonD-632062, 23 Aug 2018Another uninspired release from HTC..... Sigh.... After HT... moreSadly, it IS the original HTC

This is an interesting phone as a successor of my iPhone 6. Android One is important.

Probably €400, when you can get the 845 from Xiaomi for €300. xD

HTC still makes phones? Wonder what the cost for this device will be.

Love HTC. This U design looks good thus far. No notch, good size. This one I am looking forward to seeing. Night be successor to my HTC A9.

Another uninspired release from HTC..... Sigh....
After HTC M8, they went completely off the rails, removing the 3.5mm jack, providing inferior specs and battery life....

Will the original HTC please come back b4 its too late?
