BATTERY: 3,300 mAH ---> 3,800 mAH
IP Resistance: Still ------> Nothing official but splash resistance like the OnePlus 6 is fine
DISPLAY: can stay the same or a somewhat better 1080 resolution
WIRELESS CHARGING: I agree, with a glass back, it should be a given
CAMERAS: 16 MP f/1.7 + 20MP f/1.7 ------> 16MP f1.7 + 12MP f2.3 (you need something for those night shots)
FINGERPRINT SCANNER: can stay in the rear. In-display is still new and not cheap (let alone super fast or reliable) so it's not necessary....yet
OXYGEN OS: It's perfect; not sure where you're getting at there
STEREO SPEAKERS: No -----> Yes (you missed this. lol); this is a cheap feature they can implement and no flagship should be without it; even Apple and Samsung; the 2 brands everyone is trying to copy have done it with their flagships.
SIM: DUAL SIM ---> HYBRID DUAL SIM for up to 256GB (you missed this too; give us that choice OnePlus)
These additions should bump up the price only by a total of $50 (especially since the 20MP shooter gets reduced so it balances it out). Plus, I would be willing to spend that for a bigger battery, ability to use my MicroSD card, and Stereo Speakers.

The battery doesn't need to be huge, just sufficient. A 3700 or even a 3600 is able to give you great battery life. An IP rating costs money, and even IP65 is good enough, though IP67 would be appreciated. It doesn't need to be QHD, and FHD helps the battery, smoothness, and overall performance. An under the display fingerprint scanner is kinda stupid to have in such a fast device. I do agree with the camera though, telephoto would be appreciated.

there is a reason why OP only targets certain features that most people want. but things are changing so fast, the poco f1 may force OP to do something different. it's all owned by china, so who knows. they don't play by market economy. they inflate and deflate their currency through manipulations. nothing is real with china.
