KeyOne and Key2 came with subpar camera for the price, they should have come with flagship cameras and waterproofing, not sure how would it impact keyboard experience, but with the money they are asking for these two models, they should be able to come up with solution, I have one in my mind but its up to their engineers to come up with one.
Now, Key2 LE should cost 400 euros max, not more, given the low specs. I do want smartphone with decent specs and PKB, but not for the price of mid-high tier flagships that BB command!

I will wait to see the price of this flop..

Key2 is already a toned-down version with high price tag, if you compare it with other mid-rangers. Toned-down version of toned-down version????

Seriously? are they able to sell the Key2. I would consider upgrading to Key2 if they made the camera at least a superb one.

This phone is overhyped for a midrange. What is Blackberry trying to do? In this competitive market but releasing nothing better but actually worse (tone down in BB language) than the last one.

Did you see the word branded? I didn't say made.
Of course, all we know TCL is the manufacturer for both brands, Alcatel and BB.

Announcement from BB CEO, John Chen at IFA 2018
Due to high prices & poor specifications, we are unable to sell many devices. So, we are launching LE version again with high prices & poor specifications. Thank you all for your kind support. As usual, please do not expect any os update & to support us, please keep buying our handsets with high prices & poor specifications. Due to poor management & lack of skilled personnel, we are busy in doing beta testing for previous Android version for long time. Hopefully, we will be able to deliver it in next few years, if we get better response. Once again, from all of us Thank you all for your kind support.

Prices are getting lower as the specs also getting lower...

BB (former RIM respectively) had ans have a disastrous management, an enormous overhead. Consequences? We already know them, from a formidable brand to almost out of business.
The $150 (and more) price difference between a cellphone branded Alcatel and BB can't be justified by extra "security software".
