A Symbian flagship (N 8) with a mediocre 680 Mhz processor and meagre RAM has set an example in the industry. Camera performance/ HD recording is of such professional grade that it has practically been used to shoot a full length movie (Olive). On the other hand most of the Android phones flaunting 1 Ghz processors struggle for 480P video at embarassing frame rates.
Symbians offer much longer talk time compared to Androids, even from low capacity batteries. This clearly indicates the efficiency of Symbian OS and NOKIA hardware.
NOKIA is back on the track. Androidians are reverting back...only if prices are kept judiciously competitive.

Gameloft still releases HD games for Symbian! I have Mario Kart 3D HD on my Nokia N8 & over 40HD games, I run Gameboy Advance ROMs too on my N8 & other 3D symbian/java games that are not HD, but have great graphics & sound effects.... As you can see, you have no point to make! The hardware on Nokia 603 is highly optimised for Symbian Belle, just like that of an iphone4.... Samsung Galaxy S2 has all those bogus hardware just to "future proof" it.... The iPhone4s still beats it in performance because Galaxy S2 wasn't tailored & optimised for any Android OS, just the way it is with PCs & Windows OS. You don't know what next Microsoft is planning, so need to have bogus hardware just incase the next upgrade is ENORMOUS! But the case is different with iOS & Symbian, Apple and Nokia already know their next move, & they make the OS & hardware, so they know exactly what is needed for things to work smoothly! Nokia will never put a dual-core CPU on a Symbian phone, unless that phone really needs it. nHD resolution works pretty good with Symbian phones, unlike Android, so don't expect to see Full HD displays on a Symbian phone, it doesn't need it! An Engineer that knows much about R&D will get my point, but you Fandroids & other ignorant people are blind to facts like this.

A survey showed that 80% of Android phones are running on outdated software.. Only few Android phones run Gingerbread... So what is the fuss about Android all about? Symbian Belle is much more eye-candy & better than Android 2.1 & it's older siblings... This is a fact! Yes, there are so many Apps in Android Appstore, but 60% of them only work on Gingerbread upwards, while 80% of Android users can't install new apps cuz their OS version is outdated & lacks functionality. So please think twice before you say stupid things about Symbian Belle, Nokia will phase out Symbian by 2016, that's a long time from now since an average smartphone has a 2yrs life span, and Symbian is an open-source OS, so another OEM can decide to support it after 2016 & Nokia can also decide not to ditch Symbian anymore. No one forced you to like Symbian! Most of you don't even own a modern Symbian phone, or even a modern Android phone too (80% of you),... So please, think twice before you type.

Ta... moreOf course Gameloft doesn't release more Symbian games when everyone around the world just uses iPhones or Android-based phones, because that is were Gameloft makes it's money and not from Symbian so it's not that they don't want to but rather that it's not worth it for them.
Still after playing with iOS for the last 6 months I will buy this phone which in my opinion is worth its money not like other Androids which can't be used for more than 2 days without recharging or the over-priced iPhones.
Nokia will always make phones and just you wait for the new Nokia phones with Windows Phone 7 to hit the stores because that's when the game actually begins.

While the market r overflowed with Boring Android, it's nice to see some fresh looking OS like Symbian Belle.
I shall drop the initial plan to get Samsung Galaxy S Plus, it just doesn't seem worth it, as the OS will be no different from cheap china phone which too use Android.
Nokia Symbian has alway been a user friendly OS, This 603 will be replacing my aging 5230.

The ui still may be not gud as android but still catching up. In terms of functionality symbian beter than all others
