Ok so here what I'd like to hear from them. 1) We've got some top of the line WP7 devices yay!. 2) They've all got amazing cameras on them 3) Hey the N9 we're going all on on that bad boy and make that the new flagship. 4) We're promoting Meego development. 5) Elop (whatever his name is) resigns and someone good takes his place.

That's all I'd like to hear, as opposed to, we've got some new wp7 devices (they'd better have the latest version) and they're excited, WP7 is the best OS out there and Microsoft wrote this speach for us.

I really like Nokia phones, but lately they seem to have completely lost focus with multiple dead OSes (Anna, Belle and Meego) on somewhat high-end phones.

By committing to one OS, Nokia can now concentrate on making phones as FUNCTIONAL as they are beautiful.

Elop is doing his best to correct the mistakes of Nokia's past CEOs and Nokia's Board of Directors approved Elop's decision to go WP exclusive.

Here's a good read for those who don't know what's going on at Nokia. It's worth reading, folks.

For the hardware, i think they'll present AT LEAST 4 phones.

                Many phones ?

Two windows phone and two for the next symbian update, OR for meltemi os, the one which will take the place of s40.

                Finally, 6 phones at least.

And for the software, there are many things to wait :

                Windows phone

New symbian OR Tizen with intel first look and hands on ?

                Meltemi.

Many things to wait from nokia, nokia you rule, they never sleep !

Immediately after Stephen Elop took over, he single-handedly decided to turn the fate of Nokia over to Microsoft ( his previous employer). How did the Board at Nokia let this guy ruin the company ? His argument against using Android was that Nokia would lose its ' identity ' if they starting selling it. But how is that different from using windows mobile, an OS that has been around for a while (and has been a failure upto now), and that already has been manufactured and sold by HTC and Samsung for years ?
Nokia, like all companies, is simply about making money. Why put all your eggs in one basket when diversification with both android and windmo would have made more sense? How would it have hurt Nokia to produce a couple of androids and generate a few billion dollars profit? At the same time, they could have also thrown in some winmo devices and see which is more suitable for them.
Every single analyst on the planet says that Microsoft has everything to gain and nothing to lose. While for Nokia, its make it or break it. In 1 year, if nokia can't sell winmo, it will join seimens as a "has been" mobile manufacturer.

Its time for the board at Nokia to take a brave and firm decision, one that should have been taken a long time ago. The time has come to remove Stephen Elop. The fate of a great company and even greater employees cannot be left to a man to which all evidence points to has been sabotaging Nokia since day one.

I'd love to hear about a new WP7 Nokia with a hardware keyboard.

Not expecting such an announcement, though.

I'll wait for Nokia 900 series it'll be top range Nokia device. N9 with meego is great but,Intel has already killed it,so i guess N9 has almost no future. i love symbian but i had enough of 360x640 arm11. I'm not fan of winpho but I'd like to try NWP.

Dear me, I just got into a two year contract with an Xperia Arc S. I am thinking this could be quite a bit nicer! I've always liked Nokia but in my opinion their interface has always been a bit ugly... With win 7 on there it could really be a game changer!

Nokia has a loyal following but had no strong platform or OS for their phones.

WP7 had no unique manufacturer as they were busy with Android.

Nokia + WP7 is win win and the industry will take notice.

Although I agree with some of what you all are saying about Meego being the actual game changer for Nokia, even if enough interest was generated (which already has generated more than enough interest), Nokia wont develop for it anymore.

Intel will not partner up with Nokia anymore after what they did with MeeGo. MeeGo is not Meego anymore, it has evolved into Tizen and THAT will be the game changer (Unfortunately not for Nokia). Intel and Tizen All the Wayyy!!! Nokia had their chance
