I would prefer to get rid of wireless headphones, until they are better....

Sure it is nice in theory, but I do not want even more devices to keep charged (no matter the sound quality)... And with planned obsolescence due to non user-replaceable batteries...

It is quite similar to 'smartwatches'. The principal idea is good, but the technology to make it practically useful is simply not there (yet).
You can compare it with early 'moveable' phones weighing 10Kg.

    I am not sure if this is indeed a good idea. Today's Bluetooth headphones are working only for a few hours, after that you must charge it. It is uncomfortable to charge it after 4 hours. Probably with time there will be products with longer battery.
