after seeing the n9 i thought nokia were looking up but after seeing the n800 leaked shots i have to say it looks really cheap next to the n9 even with the same design.....going to wait until full specs and official shots are realeased but i think this is going to be a poor phone with the poor windows operating system.....i live in hope though it has been a long time since a nokia has had a home in my pocket....n95 8gig to be precise....since then it has been one let down after another

yes, it would be fantastic, if there will be a possibility to boot them with meego- especially nokia 800, as it has almost the same hardware as n9. meego is future-but n9 it too expensive.

Waynder, 25 Oct 2011nice HW--- just want that some1 finds way to boot it with... moreIf that happens, then this will be a device I'd consider.

As it stands, its' a good spec'd device but the OS is not my Preferred OS.

Nothing special? no special design or materials, you must do better Nokia if you are going to catch up.

Nokia 800 is looking nice and I think I wait for that one!

Until and unless i get to see some hands on videos of OS and Mobile I am not going to take any decision. Waiting till tomorrow evening. Anyway I dont like WP7. Even Symbian Belle looks much better. Elop is really a man of challenge. Made some hardcore decisions. If he fails.... It will be 'EPIC n HUGE'.

It's almost max. for WP7. Almost... the CPU could be 1.5 GHz.

AnonD-252, 25 Oct 2011On 4.3 inches those already too big squares look ridiculous... moreOEMs differentiated by skins on android because android's stock UI was so blah before ICS (still isn't great).

There is more than one way to differentiate - Nokia has Pure font instead of Segoe - it has Nokia Maps Navigation. It has Nokia Music in countries with no Zune music etc etc

This easily will be highest end windows phone :) will be interesting to compare this with galaxy s2. Wp7.5 already is blazing fast on single cpu 1ghz, this will more than match sgs2! Tomorrow can't come soon enough....

Well, it has a bigger screen. I laugh at those who think as big of a screen as possible would make a high end phone, though. The last few days I've read alot of "lol Nokia has no way to compete, a puny 3,7" against 4,3"". Geez, the bigger is not better when it comes to mobile phones.

Mobile device is supposed to be mobile, so I prefer mine under 4" screen size.

On 4.3 inches those already too big squares look ridiculously gigantic, what a boring waste of space!
What customizations have Nokia made to WP7, because the reason they choose WP7 and not Android was the ability to differentiate themself from other manufacturers, but this user-interface look totally identical to every other WP7-phone from Samsung and HTC and...?
