I believe someone from Apple made Pixel 3 XL design, because you would never design something like that for your own company, only for competitors who you don't want to be successful...
That's just absolutely "notch of the year" design.

Even Samsung isnt that big in a 2:1 format plus I hate their bubble screen. I agree the notch is ugly as hell though.

I think Pixel 3's design is okayish. I can forgive that in exchange for a superb camera.

Google should just buy Essential. Change the design because Andy Rubin got it right the first time with the Essential Phone.

Both these phones would be laughed at, frowned upon and pretty much DOA if they weren't Google's own Pixels. But since they are, people will defend their shitty designs amd poor RAM/storage options with everything they got.
