These photos look nice, but all seem to use some kind of color filter.

But I don't really care about the camera anyway, the huge screen is absolutely awesome, as long as the phone can still fit in a pocket.

As a Honor 9 user, not impressed at all. Who thought these photos are actually good?

Anonymous, 04 Sep 2018Washed out... you mean they look real to life.. and not ove... moreI see your point but these photos have nothing to do with real life. Its like someone added a "retro film look" filter on them that washes out the contrast and gives them a yellow tint. Something that no-one wants to see on camera sample photos.

The Voice of Reason, 04 Sep 2018Hopefully it'll finally have some decent LTE coverage unlik... moreNo they will continue to only support China and India leaving the market for large screen phones for others. Don't expect Xaiomi to support anything either for large screen phones. I always thought Chinese companies wanted to make money but I guess I was wrong.

why do those companies refuse to give a full-scale untouched photos?

When an image has no exif data I just turn away. I want to see the original image, not one made beautiful through professional editing.

After the faux selfie claims, it's camera results are DoA.

Terrible samples, but probably far off from the true quality. Looking forward to the reviews.

The "AI" has definitely applied some sort of "warm" filter on these images. That aside, the level of detail is impressive. Turn off the AI (which you can on all Huawei/Honor phones irregardless of what you assumed), and you'll be able to capture some great pics...

These samples look awful. Look at sky on first pic. Yellow sky with the same color as building

Hopefully it'll finally have some decent LTE coverage unlike Note 8 which was released purely for the Chinese market.

                                      Samples are actually horrible.

Given that they were just caught up in some mess, I'll withhold judgment on these samples
