Never go for Motorola..it's the slowest one in the world in terms of software upgradation. I bought G5s plus before a year and still waiting for Oreo (actually gave up the hope) whereas other phones are getting Pie... Searching for better exchange value to buy a new phone. Never going to buy Moto again

ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 with Snapdragon 636 is a better option,
also offers much bigger (5000mAh) battery,
              price is simple unbeatable.

Unfortunately, the specs for the price make it a bit D.O.A.

The 630 is not a bad soc by any means, but is more suited to 12-15K INR phone. It has a slightly slower gpu compared to the 636 and lacks the A73 aka Kryo cores. Has the same dual channel memory and bandwidth.

I remember the good old Moto G series with reasonable pricing and great software. This is way too overpriced even at 20K.

Sushant Sic, 05 Sep 201825K? They seems to be unaware about Poco F1 so far...They seems to be aware of the whole smartphone technology.

Even Nokia provides SD 660 at this price.

Anonymous, 05 Sep 2018Tell that to HMD.You mean the same HMD headquartered in Finland and run by ex Nokia employees ? Yes thats the same Finnish company I am talking about. Not Lenovo which is headquartered in HK China that owns Motorola brand name. :)

Lenovo has no sense to manage Motorola Mobility at all.
                            They make Motorola sink deeper.

Motorola lost they're mojo after G3. Now they're just a chinese company asking premium price.

This phone is flop even at 15,000 because Nokia 6.1+ is much better option.
Moto shouldn't launch G6+ in India.

BrendonF, 05 Sep 2018The motorola G5 plus came in much lower price point and had... moreTell that to HMD.

It's too late and over priced.
Lenovo for no reason expanded the Motorola family into C,E,G,Z with each one having again 3 sub members. For no reason it has added up to unwanted varieties. And add to that which one ( barring Premium family) will get a confirmed update in future is always a million dollars question.
Instead they should have adhered to just E,G and X/Z ( economic, mid range and premium) and should have rather concentrated of improving the upon the cost and rising above competition. Clean Android have always been forte of Moto.

One thing is to be learnt from Apple, even with 2 phones ( may become 3 this year) can be amongst top player and demand the price.

Hopefully gods give some senses to Lenovo.

Dead on arrival if priced over 17k for sure.
