Apple iPhone Xs can't escape unofficial hands-on photography

Just hours after the iPhone Xr was photographed in the wild, the more premium Xs was spotted as well.

Verizon will begin their 5G home installation in three weeks. This iPhone Xs will lack 5G chips. This is similar to the iPhone 4s which lacked 4G because Apple waited another year for it.

Your next phones should be 5G-capable. Not get a 4G phone this time when the 5G is ready to begin. I already find the 10s lacking. Still using the Lightning Connector. Touch ID still hasn't returned.

The best bet is to get the iPhone Xr as a holdover. Save the cash. The red Xr looks great anyway which the Xs will lack. Then sell it next year once the iPhone 11 arrives with faster modems and USB-C.

This time really isn't the time to upgrade. Transitional period like 2011 when 4G hit the market.

    Same look. Same price. Same slower Intel modems. New gold color! Must buy NOW!

    Better hold off another year for 5G, USB-C charging, in-display Face ID, smaller notch, and hopefully metal backs again. Even matte ceramic would be nice. Apple will eventually go back to using Qualcomm once we enter the 5G era.
