People commenting wre just clueless. Its business. India is their fastest selling market, to much local competition in China. So you grt India's biggest star for advertising hence selling more handsets snd adding credibility to the product. People don't carry add much about camera there, only other performance which thr OnePlus is great at, so it's a big seller.

This is why their prices are going up every year. They're spending more and more money on their advertisement campaigns.
Can't blame them though. They're trying to move away from the "Flagship Killer" category to the "Flagship" category.
